"Other support services that will be offered by Say Yes to Education Cleveland include school-based family support specialists, mental health services and legal clinics. Say Yes to Education requires programs to be rolled out to all students within six years. According to the release, Cleveland has a plan to complete that within four years, starting in the 2019-2020 school year.
